I pretty much only do FA, JQ and AB Z quests. Maybe if the mission or boss is fast I'll do them.

Plenty, due to the fact that alot of them I don't find worth the time and effort for the reward.

None. But I've given up on a couple of Zaishen challenges.

Gave up on Kunvie on my sin (odd since I stomped her mercilessly with my ranger). I refuse to take any GWEN Dungeon mission or any boss boss bounty inside a dungeon. I just hate GWEN dungeons...

I've taken a bunch that I abandoned because I couldn't be arsed to do them. Does that count?

Only one I can remember trying and totally giving up on was the Z-Bounty for the boss at the end of the Vloxen Excavations dungeon. Some of the mobs in that dungeon were just too much of a bother to get through. Got through it just fine once on Shayne, but my Assassin didn't manage to make it past the first mob in the second floor before I said, "Hell with this," and ditched it.

Besides that, I've done things like accept rewards early when I've gotten fed up, like taking the HA quest reward after two wins instead of six because I got sick of looking for groups. I've also passed up picking up various bounties because the reward doesn't seem worth the effort, or the reward is too worthless to me.

I haven't given up on any, but I don't take all of them. I only take ones that will advance my main in some way (do a mission in HM I haven't done yet, get points toward a title I haven't maxed, bounty in a zone I haven't vanquished). And so far, the only quest I've done on more than my main is Rocktail, since it was fast.

I'll sometimes hang onto quests for a while. I finally did Tannakhai Temple last night (it was given out at least a week ago).

When the quests are posted, I have a quick scan to which one(s) are worth bothering with. For Blisterbark I didn't bother picking that one, as marching all the way over to the burning forest in HM, to kill the boss, all for a massive 70 zoins didn't seem worth the effort.

I have done a large number of the quests, even across multiple characters, and still have a fair number to do (I've been storing up some quests on my lesser used toons).

if it takes more than 30 - 45 mins to complete it, it isnt worth it IMO. So I have a dumped quite a few of the quests.

I have only been doing the PVE quests and am well on my way to a large bag. I have 4 gold coins and quite a few silver and copper coins.

i scan them first. and if it takes me like more then ahour to do it or shell out 20k more*coughvloxencough* then i dont take them. i try to do the ones that will help with titles points or have the highest reward. dont do the pvp ones anymore. used to do fa/jq ones but got tired of the wait and people that leech/leave or bot so i gave up.

Tried Moddok with a pug and realized what a pain it is to stop those runners. So I gave that one up b/c it was a little too chancey for my taste.

Tahnakai with just h/h - did it successfully on a few chars, but it required a lot of flagging and the possibility of wiping when h/h were bunched. Gave that up on my remaining chars.

I don't even take most of them b/c I just don't have the time anymore. I did grab "Gates of Kryta" since (1) it's easy and (2) just about all my characters will do it or re-do it at some point anyway. So far I've taken & dropped Eternal Grove & Sunjiang District - RL time constraints, again - I wanted to PUG them in HM for kicks, but by the time I had enough time to do it, nobody else was there looking anymore.

eotn missions for most part are fairly fast with more reward than others. prophecies mission are generally longer. Only certain boss bounties. For the most part i'm getting bored with pve quests. I almost have enough for a heavy equipment pack but now i think i'm getting 3 large for same price. Maybe buy heavies later.. Was hoping anet would rebalance and cut the heavy pack cost before i bought something. Looking like thats not going to happen, but they did reduce zaishen summoning stones so who knows :\

I do the mission if I need it to fill a page in a book. And I still need about 2 Factions and 5 Proph missions in HM for Guardian, so I'm anxiously awaiting those.

I do all the bounties that don't take too long.

PvP I carry the AB/FA/JQ quests until I meet all the bonuses, then cash them in.

I have picked up a few, looked at the actual number of coins rewarded, then dropped the quest while still in Great Temple. For example, I picked up the quest for Harn/Maxine Coldstone on Perdition Rock, found that it was 10 coins in normal mode, and decided it wasn't worth it.

I don't think that's quite what you mean, though.

Any Zaishen quest I've taken, I've completed, or it's still in the quest list.

I haven't gotten my heavy equip bag yet, but I haven't had the time to really 'farm' the quests either. Generally speaking I do most of the missions and bounties and I have AB, RA, FA, and JQ (combination of) on 4 or 5 diff chars that I have been working towards. Considering I just bought a house and finally have it ready to be moved into (which is what I'll be doing this weekend) most of the longer missions/bounties just take too long. I haven't "given up" on anything at this point. I simply don't take them if I know it's not going to fit into my small time block of play time. Luckily, I won't have this issue next month. =)

I have canceled a few, usually if there is a new daily quest that is "better" or "easier" for the time it takes.
I haven't been keeping track, but I'll guess I've abandoned 5-7 of them so far.

I didn't give up yet but if the quest has no value to me ie. not for a storybook or not a boss that I'm going to bother with. I ignore them.
